Terms of Use and General Service Conditions

Welcome to CSP Innovation & Technology. These Terms of Use govern the contracting of our services (Web Development, Hosting Management, Audiovisual Production, and Strategic Consultancy) and the use of our website https://cspit.tech/.

By hiring our services or using our digital channels, you (“Client”, “User”, or “Participant”) declare that you have read, understood, and fully accepted the conditions below.

1. About the Services

CSP operates in the technology and communication sector, offering:

  1. Web Development: Creation of websites, landing pages, and systems using WordPress.
  2. Hosting Management: Intermediation and technical management of hosting utilizing Hostinger’s infrastructure.
  3. Audiovisual: Recording and editing of videos and podcasts.
  4. Consultancy: Strategic and technological mentoring.

2. Hosting and Web Development Rules

Since CSP utilizes third-party infrastructure (Hostinger) to host client websites, the following rules apply:

  • 2.1. Content Responsibility: The Client is solely legally responsible for all content (text, images, videos, files) published on their website. CSP does not perform prior editorial control.
  • 2.2. Prohibited Content: It is strictly forbidden to host content related to: piracy, child pornography, incitement to hatred/racism, phishing, malware, or any activity that violates Brazilian or international law.
    • CSP reserves the right to immediately suspend any service that violates this clause without the right to a refund.
  • 2.3. Availability (Uptime): While we strive to ensure high availability, server stability depends on Hostinger. CSP is not responsible for momentary instabilities, hardware failures in the data center, or scheduled maintenance by the infrastructure provider.
  • 2.4. Backups: CSP performs security routines, but strongly recommends that the Client maintains their own backups of files and databases.

3. Image and Voice Use Authorization (Podcasts and Videos)

This clause applies to clients and guests participating in CSP audiovisual productions.

  • 3.1. Assignment of Rights: The Participant authorizes CSP, on a free and universal basis, to use their image, voice, name, and testimonials captured in podcast recordings, institutional videos, or interviews.
  • 3.2. Purpose: The material may be used for promotion on social media (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.), CSP’s website portfolio, and clips (Reels/Shorts), aiming to promote educational content and the CSP brand.
  • 3.3. Validity: Authorization is valid indefinitely. If the Participant wishes to revoke future use, they must notify CSP 30 days in advance. Materials already published on the internet cannot be removed retroactively if they have already been indexed or shared by third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

  • 4.1. CSP Property: All proprietary source code, consultancy methodologies, interface design created by CSP (prior to full payment), and the CSP Innovation & Technology brand are the exclusive property of the company.
  • 4.2. Client Property: The Client retains intellectual property over texts, logos, and products provided for the creation of the website or video. The Client guarantees they own the rights to any material sent to CSP, indemnifying us against third-party copyright infringement lawsuits.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CSP Innovation & Technology be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data resulting from the use or inability to use the contracted services.
  • Cyberattacks (hackers) specifically targeted at the Client’s website resulting from weak passwords or plugins installed by the Client without our supervision.
  • Suspension of services due to lack of payment.

6. Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD & GDPR)

Our collection and processing of personal data strictly follow the LGPD (Brazil) and the GDPR (European Union). For details on how we process your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

7. General Provisions

  • Amendments: CSP may change these terms at any time. Clients with active contracts will be notified of significant changes.
  • Support: Technical support is provided through official channels (email and WhatsApp) during business hours (Brasília Time).

8. Jurisdiction (Governing Law)

The Courts of the Judicial District of Rio de Janeiro/RJ, Brazil, are elected to resolve any doubts arising from these Terms, with the parties waiving any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
